Exchange Only Policy


Since our products are custom made at the time of purchase this does not allow us to offer refunds. If your item is damaged during shipment we will offer an exchange for the exact product and size. Therefore we ask that you utilize our sizing charts for EACH item separately as size may differ from product to product.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item and the same size, send us an email at support@thenerdgarage.com for further instructions on where to send your item back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are exchanging more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
